Spring is the season of rebirth and renewal.

Can you feel it stirring in your blood?

It is time to get moving after a long, cold winter!

Spring is the season of new life.

From baby chicks, rabbits, and lambs to buds on the trees and fresh greens and crocuses popping up through the last snow, the world comes out of hibernation.

As the outer world comes alive, so does the inner world. The blood starts moving with a quickening, spring fever begins running through the veins.

Stagnant energy in the Liver begins to move and flush out.

Taking advantage of this movement, cleanses are traditionally done in the Spring.

Preventative Wellness through the Seasons:

When we work WITH the flow of the seasonal energy, we work with the body’s natural inclination to be in resonance with the environment.

Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine gives us an algorithm of wellness based upon the rhythms of the natural world.

It maps out the relationships between the energies of

the outer world of the seasons + food + climate,

and the inner world of body + mind + spirit.

To be HEALTHY is to be in HARMONY with nature.
